Our next round of classes begins in:
What If You Could Transform Your Relationship With Taharat Hamishpacha From Obligation To Genuine Connection In Just 5 Transformative Weeks?
No more going through the motions or feeling quietly resentful about this mitzvah. Instead, you'll carry halachic clarity, embodied wisdom, and authentic agency as you reclaim this practice as something that supports you—not just something you're supposed to do.
OR LET ME REPHRASE THAT...
Imagine if 5 weeks from now you could embrace Taharat Hamishpacha without feeling irritated, disempowered, or like you're just checking a box. What would happen if you had the halachic clarity, menstrual cycle awareness, and emotional reframing to live this practice in a way that feels integrated, human, and supportive?
You'll move from heaviness to harmony, from disconnection to self-trust, from silence to agency with your body, your marriage, and the spiritual rhythm that flows through your feminine cycles.
This is about reclaiming Taharat Hamishpacha as a practice that honors you as a whole woman—body, mind, marriage, and soul.
Many beautiful married Jewish women find themselves longing for deeper connection to Taharat Hamishpacha, yet struggling with:
"How do I keep doing this practice when it just feels like another thing on my to-do list?"
"Am I the only one who feels resentful instead of empowered by these laws?"
"Why didn't anyone teach me the nuances I actually need to navigate real life?"
"How do I honor this mitzvah while also honoring my own needs, my body, and my sanity?"
Picture yourself living Taharat Hamishpacha with complete halachic clarity and genuine emotional connection—feeling authentically empowered rather than quietly compliant.
You would:
Navigate halachic questions with confidence and clarity instead of fear, confusion, or avoidance
Understand your menstrual cycle as an integral part of this practice, not something separate from it
Reframe niddah as a structured opportunity for self-development and renewal rather than just an interruption
Transform Mikveh preparation from routine into presence, prayer, and embodied transition
Approach intimacy in your marriage with grounded awareness, communication, and self-trust
Feel agency within this practice rather than feeling run by it

This intensive creates confidential circles built on honesty, knowledge, and emotional truth. While deeply rooted in authentic halacha and tradition, this approach acknowledges that this system was structured by men—and explores what that means for women living it. Not in rebellion, but in truth.
Because when women are given language, understanding, and halachic clarity, we can step into this practice with agency rather than silence.
We start with comprehensive foundations and thoroughly move through each aspect with the objective of integration—so you can finally live this mitzvah in a way that feels present, grounded, and empowered within it.
Not just going through the motions. But feeling connected within them.

Growing up, I was always the person friends came to for a safe space for anything private and intimate, from relationship advice to conversations about our changing bodies. My approachable and trustworthy nature—especially around topics of womanhood—is precisely what I built my career around.
Since becoming certified as a Postpartum Doula in 2010, I have mentored and supported women during charged and often overwhelming periods. I expanded my practice by becoming a Birth Doula, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Kallah Teacher, and sexual health mentor.
This work is deeply personal to me. It's the reframing and retraining I created for myself about five years into marriage, with young children, when I felt burnt out, irritated, and disempowered by the practice of Taharat Hamishpacha. Instead of walking away, I learned how to step back in—with knowledge, embodiment, and a voice.
With these certifications and vast experience working with hundreds of women—from kallot to mothers, from newly married to decades into marriage—I am fully dedicated to women. I am fascinated and empowered by the cyclical nature of womanhood. My courses are shame-free spaces built on honesty and knowledge, where I constantly seek to normalize people's diverse bodies and experiences while honoring authentic halacha.

SOME QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE:
You'll attend five live group sessions via Zoom, each lasting two hours in a completely confidential setting with other married women. Sessions include comprehensive teaching, honest discussion, and time for questions and integration.
All sessions are recorded and you'll have 5-month replay access to review the material whenever you need it.
This course welcomes married Jewish women from all backgrounds who are currently observing (or wanting to observe) Taharat Hamishpacha and seeking to transform their relationship with this practice.
The confidential circle format allows for honest conversation, and you can always reach out to me directly. The safe space we create together honors both your privacy and your need for real answers.
Kallah classes often provide bullet points designed for brides who haven't yet lived this practice. The Mikveh Reset goes deeper—relearning with all the nuance, gray areas, and lived experience that married women actually need. This is halacha for real life, not just theory.
This course will make you more informed, more embodied, and more empowered. The goal is clarity and agency—so you can live this practice from a place of knowledge and self-trust rather than confusion or resentment.
