Let’s cut to the chase. Our relationship is built on trust. If you have been accepted into my program then our bond has been created. Part of building trust is making sure that mutual boundaries are understood and everything is out in the open. So here we go. Let’s make sure we are on the same page and committed to taking this journey together.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between you and I, and set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, which apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then you may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. I do not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information when you use the Application or the Website and outlines your privacy rights and how the law protects you. Pre-Course Cancellations: Once payment has been processed there are no refunds.
Cancellation during the Course: Once payment has been processed there are no refunds.
Copyright & Ownership: The material in each of my courses may not be recorded or shared by any of the participants. The course material is only accessible by those who have paid and who have been approved and accepted. I own all the rights to all course material. Those who will copy or share my material without written approval will be liable to pay liquidated damages of 10,000 USD.
Password Protection: Sharing member or password protected areas is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality: All information shared in my courses and support groups by participants must remain confidential. Bohemian Balabusta Courses are built on trust and everyone who is invited to participate must commit to the laws of confidentiality and participate without judgment of any and all participants. We are here to lift each other up, not tear each other down.
Mutual Respect: Appropriate boundaries, and an open mind are encouraged and expected. We ask that all participants refrain from shaming, judging and bullying. Failure to abide by these rules may result in removal from the course without refund.
Religious/Gender Affiliation: Some of my courses are specifically intended for only Jewish women. If at any point in the course it is known that you are not in fact Jewish or a female, you will be removed from the course and your fees will not be refunded.

BOHEMIAN BALABUSTA COURSE REFUND POLICY

Course registration may not be transferred to another person.
Once payment has been processed there are no refunds.
All sessions must be completed within the allocated time period agreed upon at commencement.
Clients must submit the necessary supporting documentation (DRs notice etc.) and request via email to hello@bohemianbalabusta.com.

DOWNLOADABLE DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All orders for products must be made through the website.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
The Customer must pay for the products in full at the time of placing the order. Payment must be made only using the payment methods specified on the website.
Once your payment has been processed you will receive an automated email with your digital/downloadable product.
In the event of an incorrect email address being entered on the purchase form, the product will not be received. In the case of such an error there will be no refunds issued. However, in such a case please notify us at bohemianbalabusta@gmail.com, and we will make arrangements to manually send the product to you.
Please pay careful attention to “access deadlines”. Some of my products have an expiration date. It is your responsibility to watch/download/ participate within the date restrictions clearly written on the site!
Please note that automated emails may sometimes end up in your spam folder. Therefore, it’s important to check your spam folder regularly.
As with all technology there may be technological glitch. If by some chance you did not receive what you paid for, please notify us at bohemianbalabusta@gmail.com.
Sharing any product downloads or links with others is strictly prohibited, and any such actions will result in financial consequences.

The Seller will use reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the delivery schedule specified on the website. However, the Seller is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by factors beyond its control.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for any products or services purchased through this website. All sales are final.

All Services and Products are and will remain my exclusive property.

All Services and Products are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the USA and foreign countries, including Israel.

All trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
