Reframing Taharat Hamishpacha as a practice for us—not imposed on us—to connect with our Jewish female essence which flows through us all. This deep knowledge yields women who are connected with their traditions, body, and power confidently. This course is intended for Jewish women who do not have previous knowledge about the practices of Taharat Hamishpacha. We will start with the fundamentals and thoroughly move through each step and the various practices with the objective of establishing a solid foundation. Women will exit this course feeling confident, knowledgeable, empowered.

A Foundational Course in Female Body Literacy, Cycle Awareness & Sexuality
This course is an invitation to deeply understand your body, your cycle, and your inner rhythms. We explore the foundations of female anatomy, menstrual cycle consciousness, and sexual health — the things that so many women were never actually taught and have been left to piece together on their own over time. This work is both educational and deeply personal. It’s about learning how to read your body, trust its patterns, and move through your cycles with more awareness, clarity, and self-respect. Through this process, women begin to shift from confusion, shame or disconnection into a more grounded and empowered relationship with themselves — physically, emotionally, and relationally.
