MOTHER

SPREADING LOVE AT HOME

The empowered nurturer

FEELS FULFILLED, NOT DEPLETED

Our sacred plumbing shows us that we are intended to be vessels of life. We are constantly in various stages of renewal—waxing and waning just like the moon—until we become pregnant and our bodies instantaneously begin nurturing new life. Pregnancy is an invitation to motherhood, and the process of becoming a mother promotes a mental and emotional journey of developing a new version of yourself.

The new does not replace the old, but amplifies it with new aspects of the self that can sustain another life in this world.

Having a baby is a psychological revolution that shifts everything within and around us—you give birth to a baby and a new version of yourself. Motherhood is the development of different parts of ourselves so that we can be the mother the child (and each subsequent child) needs us to be. As such, mothers are instinctive nurturers, but we cannot forget to nurture ourselves as well. The most important garden to water is the one abundant in our own self-esteem, mental health, sexual health, and empowerment from within.

THE MIKVEH RESET

From Obligation to Connection — learning to live this rhythm with awareness, connection, and personal meaning

Confidently take this mitzvah back into your hands

In this course, we will re-familiarize ourselves with the laws of Taharat Hamishpacha. We will explore the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of the menstrual cycle. With a full appreciation of our female anatomy and physiology, we will access the gateway to tune into the ancient female wisdom and step into our authority as WOMAN.

At the same time, we begin to understand how to live within this rhythm — learning to sync with our cycle and experience Taharat Hamishpacha as a framework for self-development, connection, and growth, and as a foundation that can deeply strengthen and support our marriage.

Taharat Hamishpacha is the perfect structure to facilitate self-discovery, personal connection, and growth. Let’s learn together. Let’s empower each other. Let’s connect with our inner female essence. Let’s reclaim this mitzvah.

TOPOGRAPHY OF A WOMAN

COURSE

A Foundational Course in Female Body Literacy, Cycle Awareness & Sexuality

This course is an invitation to deeply understand your body, your cycle, and your inner rhythms. We explore the foundations of female anatomy, menstrual cycle consciousness, and sexual health — the things that so many women were never actually taught and have been left to piece together on their own over time. This work is both educational and deeply personal. It’s about learning how to read your body, trust its patterns, and move through your cycles with more awareness, clarity, and self-respect. Through this process, women begin to shift from confusion, shame or disconnection into a more grounded and empowered relationship with themselves — physically, emotionally, and relationally.

*** Note:

Any woman 18+ is welcome: married, unmarried, sexually active, not sexually active, Jewish, non-Jewish—everyone.

TOUCHED OUT & UNTOUCHED

WORKSHOP

The mandatory prerequisite to waking up your libido

Unsticking a stuck libido isn’t a matter of flipping a switch; instead, it is about connecting to yourself. Let yourself be guided towards understanding how to take care of and how to love and support yourself both spiritually and physically. This workshop will help you get to the root of your physical blockages, understand your sexual psychology, and get in sync with your emotional desires.

THE SECRETS OF

HEAD COVERING

WORKSHOP

A foundational understanding of hair covering — with clarity, confidence, and inspiration

This workshop is a grounded and comprehensive guide to head covering — how I wrap, which styles I recommend, where I shop, and how to make it work in real life.

At the same time, we focus on understanding the foundations of this practice — giving you clarity around the questions, the meaning, and the process of stepping into head covering in a way that feels informed, confident, and truly your own.

You’ll walk away with both practical tools and a deeper sense of confidence in how you choose to approach it.
Let me know what you think, especially regarding the design direction.
